One day, researcher Sun-young (Song Yoon Ah) receives a serial-murder case where all the victims’ faces have been removed by chemical liquids. When the police find a fourth victim, she asks a senior member for help. Hyun-min (Song Yoon-ah) is a specialist in facial reconstruction for dead bodies.

However Hyun-min has been kept busy by his daughter’s heart troubles and removed himself from the research institute. Since taking on this case, he begins to suffer from nightmares every night, and begins to hear loud screams that might be a figment of his imagination. Hyun-min starts to realize that these murders are related to his daughter’s heart transplant, and thus begin to restore all the faces of the faceless victims…
